Write to usNo. From May to November, all six rooms at House San Telmo are set aside for longer stays. It's the same house, with the same common areas, kitchens and terraces.
There's no fixed rule. Long Stay is mainly meant for longer stays, but during the season we can take a week, a fortnight, several weeks or a month, depending on your dates and how they fit with availability. Write to us with your dates and we'll see.
Your private room and use of the kitchens, the terraces and the other shared spaces in the house, plus all bills (electricity, water, internet) and weekly cleaning of shared areas. Un Lugar Café Workspace isn't included.
Your stay is set out in a simple contract with the dates, the price, the terms and the basic house rules. Where applicable, you need to give at least one month's notice before leaving the room. There's a deposit, which depends on the length and terms of your stay and is returned when you leave if the room is as it was.
The house is a shared space, and we want to respect the peace and safety of everyone who lives there. If you'd like to have an occasional visitor, check with us first. Visitors can't stay the night without our express permission.
