Un Lugar House San Telmo

C/ Ángel Guimerá 13
San Telmo · Arenales

A house next to the university and the Obelisco area, on quiet streets with lifelong neighbours. Two fully equipped kitchens (one on each floor), a dining room, two bathrooms and a guest toilet, and a living room with space to work. Upstairs, a large terrace with a chill-out area for sunbathing. Wi-Fi designed for real work: symmetric 1 Gbps fibre (1 Gbps up, 1 Gbps down) and a mesh system with three routers spread around the house for good coverage across its different areas and floors. Because we know that when you work remotely, having a fast, reliable connection isn't an optional extra.

Stays here run from 2 to 15 nights, never just one. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00; if the bookings before and after allow it, we can be flexible. More than 15 nights? Write to us and we'll see what's available.

From May 1 to November 1, this house's rooms move to Long Stay: longer stays, with a flexible length depending on dates and availability.

“La casa te ofrece intimidad y al ser tan amplia y con varios baños no coincidí con ningún otro huésped en ningún momento. Cinthya siempre estuvo pendiente…”

“…It was a sanctuary during a time my trip and life were unexpectedly in flux. I could rest peacefully, or sit on the terrace or use the kitchen, or work at the kitchen table. Then it became somewhere I met a few amazing people, new friends.”

“Un gusto siempre alojarnos en la casa de Cinthya. Trato fácil, siempre a disposición para ayudar, y un gran alojamiento a pocos metros de la playa. Todo un lujo. De hecho, fuimos el año pasado 10 personas y hemos repetido este año.”

Small rituals that aren't in the contract.

  • A coffee on the terrace that goes on longer than planned

  • An impromptu chat in the kitchen

  • Sharing a tip about the island

  • Crossing paths at the end of the day and ending up talking about anything and everything

  • Sitting outside for a while after a day's work

  • Sharing a meal because you bumped into someone cooking

We don't organise them. They simply happen.

Some things you take with you.

You come looking for a room and, sometimes, you take something more with you. Over the years, some people have written to us after leaving to tell us that they met someone here they're still friends with, made plans, explored the island or even ended up creating something together. We don't organise it, and we can't promise it will happen. We provide the place. The rest happens.
